If you plan to host a workshop / event series that is less than 3 bookings:
Additional hours $45 / hr including set up time and clear out. (Total time in studio)
Example - 3 hr workshop, Friday 6pm-9pm - Requiring ½ hr to set up and ½ hr for take down / clear out.
Total time: 4hrs
= 4×45 +HST
Total =203.40
Deposit = $101.70
Refundable 14 days prior to the event.
Remaining balance due prior to start of the event.
Note - If your event runs longer than your planned time. You will be responsible for the cost of that time @ $45/ hr in 20 min increments ($15 / 20 mins).
$45 / hr - Includes 15 minutes before and after
Example - 6 week series of 1 hr yoga classes @ 530pm Wednesday’s
Able to access the studio at 515pm and be cleared out by 645pm.
6×45 = 270 + HST
Total = $305.10
Deposit = $152.55
Refundable 14 days prior to event.
Remaining balance due on or before 1st day of events.
Retreats / bookings 4 hrs+
Discounted rate $40 / hr
Based on total time in studio
Example -
6hr retreat on a Saturday with 1 hr set up and ½ hour clean up time.
Total time 7.5hrs
= 7.5×40 +HST
Total = $339
Deposit = $169.50
Refundable 21 days prior to the day of the event.
Balance due prior to the start of the event.
Note - If your event runs longer than your planned time. You will be responsible for the cost of that time @ $40/ hr in 15 min increments ($10 / 15 mins).

4+ Class series:
(example - 6 week yoga series)

$35 Includes 15 mins set up + 15 mins clean up

I understand a 50% deposit is required to book my event. (refundable 14+ days prior to the event - 21 for events 4hrs +) and the outstanding balance will be paid no later than the date of the event? (including any additional costs if studio use is longer than planned)
